A tragedy that no one expected has caused Five killed and 41,000 displaced in Malaysia. The numbers of victims that are involved are still in counting. A lot of people are still waiting to get support to evacuate from being trapped in the tough situation.
Nearly 10,000 people fled their homes in Selangor – the country’s richest state which surrounds the capital, Kuala Lumpur – with the prime minister, Ismail Sabri Yaakob, expressing surprise at the severe flooding there.
